calamity day #7

Crazy walk: travel about 30 feet (about 10-15 normal steps) for each:
-crab walk
-bear walk
-seal walk
-duck walk
-tip-toe walk
-heel walk
-get creative and make up your own new way to move your body!

You could repeat these 6 exercises, but I would rather you get creative and add in other exercises we do during warm-ups and class activities to reach the 40 minutes of exercise you would have had during PE today!

Write or type out the workout you complete and bring it back the next day we have school or email me (indiciae@wcsoh.org) to let me know you completed the eDay #7 assignment.  Have a great day!
