calamity day #6

Strength, Cardio, Bilateral Coordination & Crossing Midline:
1) ABC push-ups --rest for 30 seconds
2) Burpees for 30 seconds --rest for 30 seconds
3) Scissor Jumps for 30 seconds --rest for 30 seconds
4) Jumping Jacks for 30 --rest for 30 seconds
5) Criss-Cross Jumps for 30 seconds --rest for 30 seconds

You could repeat these 5 exercises 8 times, but I would rather you get creative and add in other exercises we do during warm-ups and class activities to reach the 40 minutes of exercise you would have had during PE today!

Write or type out the workout you complete and bring it back the next day we have school or email me (indiciae@wcsoh.org) to let me know you completed the eDay #6 assignment.  Have a great day!
