Friends, family members, teammates, coaches and staff gathered in the Atrium at Westerville North High School on Friday afternoon, May 12, to watch and celebrate as McCade Pillow signed a Letter of Intent to play lacrosse at Lourdes University in Sylvania, Ohio. In addition to accepting an athletic scholarship to play for coach Yannarelli and the Grey Wolves, Pillow will study Criminal Justice there, and minor in Psychology. Pillow played lacrosse for four years during his time at Westerville North, and participated in soccer, football and wrestling, where he was nationally ranked. He was a member of Team USA in 2013-2014 and a junior Olympic qualifier. Pillow’s community service activities include feeding the homeless and volunteering at Christ’s Kitchen on Wheels.
