“Let Freedom Ring in 2014” has been chosen as the theme for Rotary’s July 4th parade in Westerville.  Emma Kyre, a fifth grade student at Fouse Elementary School, came up with the winning submission and won $100 and a place of honor in the big parade.  The Rotary Club of Westerville sponsors the theme contest.  All elementary school classrooms with 100% participation in the competition were entered into a drawing to win a pizza party.  The recipients of the pizza luncheon were students in Rachel Lacy’s third grade class at Alcott Elementary School.
