Student singers and musicians at Westerville South High School will be showcased in a free concert beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, in the Westerville South auditorium, which is located at 303 S. Otterbein Ave.
The program will include various contemporary and classical music selections performed by the Concert Choir, Symphonic Choir and the Concert Orchestra. Also on tap is the jazz vocal ensemble, Soundsation, which will sing Route 66 by Bobby Troupe and The Very Thought of You by Sid Ascher. The concert will conclude with the Symphony Orchestra performing selections from Igor Stravinsky's masterpiece, The Firebird.
