The Blendon Middle School Wax Museum has become an annual tradition for staff, students, and guests.  It took place this year from October 2-4.  Conducted by Stephanie Sahr’s 6th grade Enriched Language Arts class, students selected, researched, and dressed the part of an individual who has made significant impacts on society.  The presentation was made complete with creative and relevant ‘activation’ devises that visitors to the Wax Museum used to initiate the movements and sharing of information.  The diverse personalities represented by the students included Anne Frank, Johannes Guttenburg, Sacagawea and Albert Einstein.   While strengthening their own understanding of how one person can make a difference, the students confidently presented their researched information about significant individuals who have helped to shape our world.
