The paparazzi was out in full force on Wednesday afternoon, May 15, for the gala, red carpet premiere of Reflections through the Years, a celebration of short films featuring some of Westerville’s finest senior citizens.  Thanks to a generous grant from the Westerville Education Challenge, received by teacher Susannah Lee, Westerville Central film and literature students became digital storytellers in partnership with the International Education and Resource Network, a global network consisting of 40,000 teachers and two million students.  They wrote and shared personal stories, and documented words of wisdom from senior citizens in the Westerville-area community.  Westerville Central students and staff expressed gratitude to the Westerville Senior Center, Parkside Village, and the Apple Store at Polaris for their assistance, along with a number of companies, families and individuals who generously donated items for the party.
