Those who have not visited The Guernsey Bank are in for a surprise when they walk through the doors at 780 S. State Street in Westerville.  The unassuming store front location does not reveal the magnificence of the interior space, made more beautiful this month by the displaying of original artwork created by students at Heritage and Walnut Springs middle schools.  Guernsey hosted an Open House for the young artists and their families on March 27, during Spring Break, and the turnout was so good they are holding another one on Thursday evening, April 25, from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

In addition, the bank will sponsor a Career Day on Wednesday, April 24 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. for students interested in having questions answered regarding employment in the financial services industry.  Several other local businesses will be in attendance so pupils can obtain information about a myriad of careers.  Thomas R. Gubsch, Assistant Branch Manager for The Guernsey Bank, expressed enthusiasm for supporting student and community partnerships.
