Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 20, 2012 because that’s when the Westerville North Marching Band Invitational Competition will take place. The public is invited to the event, which will be held in Jim McCann Stadium at 950 County Line Road. Opening ceremony begins at 12:30 p.m., and the closing ceremony and awards will be held around 8:30 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the gate.
More than a dozen high school marching bands are expected to compete. Proceeds will support music programs at Westerville North High School.
