By law, Westerville City Schools and all other public school districts in the State of Ohio must comply with the requirements of the Third Grade Reading Guarantee.  The Third Grade Reading Guarantee ensures that no student progresses to the fourth grade without being able to read on grade level.

  The district seeks to solicit applications to develop a list of APPROVED external service providers that can provide interventions, supports and resources for areas in the district with students not on track or not proficient.
