PTSA Fundraising

PTSA Fundraising

The Genoa Middle School PTSA is fully funded by donations, sponsors, and fundraisers. Membership fees do not go toward fundraising.

In order for the PTSA to achieve all of its annual goals, we host events, activities, and occasionally sell products in order to raise funds. Here are a few things we’ve done in the past:

  • No-Fun Fundraiser
  • Raffles
  • Glow Run
  • Dine-Out Nights at local restaurants
  • Plant and Flower Sales

Events vary year to year depending on the fundraising chair and opportunities in our local community.

How can I financially support the PTSA? We always welcome cash donations, but other ways you can support the PTSA is by clipping box tops, signing up for Kroger Rewards, and, most of all, participating in fundraising events. Most of the time, if each student or family bought just one “thing” for any given event or sale item, fundraising would be completed very quickly each year.

How can I make a financial contribution? You can make a tax-deductible cash donation here: https://www.paypal.com/us/fundraiser/charity/1730056

Or, write a check made payable to Genoa Middle School PTSA and drop it off at the school.

What is a “no-fun fundraiser?” This is a fundraiser that is for cash donations not related to any event whatsoever. See more information here: https://msg.schoolmessenger.com/m/?s=xsVDCp578qs&mal=3e8e38d89d09b7c880dc5075f3dde29aaa9e8dff1a183e06a9eae4546556d457
