I am a graduate of Olentangy High School, Ohio Wesleyan University (B.A.) and Ashland University (M.Ed.).
I have been teaching for Westerville City Schools since 2008; however, I began teaching in 2005.
I have always loved to be outside, playing sports and enjoying nature. I went from loving football and running sprint events as a student-athlete to loving distance running as an adult. I especially enjoy trail running!
The thing I love most about teaching elementary Phys. Ed. is seeing the look on the students' faces when they: are successful with a new skill, learn how to use an existing skill in a dynamic environment, make the connection with something they have learned before, and use SPORTSMANSHIP!
