Families gathered at the Early Learning Center to enjoy the preschool “Backyard Bash.”
Preschool families turned out in droves on Thursday evening, September 7, to partake in the “Backyard Bash,” a celebration held to officially dedicate new outdoor playground equipment. After years of conducting fundraisers, the Special Needs PTA finally raised enough money to buy some new pieces and re-purpose older ones for students who attend Early Learning Center classes. Individuals also donated, and a generous contribution of $2,200 from i9 Sports helped finalize the project. Festive music and delicious food provided a wonderful backdrop for the party, where many got to see firsthand the fruits of their labor.
