Building Message

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I welcome you to Westerville's Special Needs Preschool Program at the Early Learning Center!  My name is Suzanne Kile, and I am the Director of Preschool Services.

I love being personally and professionally engaged in our community, and I am excited to expand this into our center. Before coming to the ELC, I spent 14 year of my career right here in Westerville City Schools. During that time I have served as a teacher and principal, as well district-level administrator for community relations and special education. Just as importantly, my husband and I chose to raise our own children in Westerville, so like you, I am a Westerville Parent.

Collaboration among our center staff and the families of our students is essential to our success, and I want to thank the preschool staff and WSNPTA board members for all they do to support our students!  Both groups are clearly skilled, passionate, and committed to our students!

I encourage you to become involved in and attend events hosted by the Westerville Special Needs Parent Teacher Association (WSNPTA). Not only do they provide support to our center in many ways, they also coordinate events and outings.

I enjoy building relationships with our families, so if you are in the ELC or at one of our events, please don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to me or stop in to say hello! If you would like to talk specifically to me, calling the main number is probably the fastest way to reach me.

Sincerely,

Suzanne Kile
Director of Preschool Services
