September 15 was a picture-perfect day for the annual Robert Frost Elementary School PTA Walk-A-Thon, which took place on the track at neighboring Westerville North High School.  Students were challenged to get enough pledges to earn $12,000 for their school, and they exceeded that goal by bringing in a whopping $13,065.  Half of the money raised will be used in classrooms and the other half will cover expenses for field trips and additional activities.  For their herculean efforts, the children will be rewarded on September 29 when top earners will have the opportunity to immerse Principal Sarah Berka and other staff members by throwing balls at a dunk tank target.  Pupils who reached daily incentive goals were entered into a raffle to win the prize of the day, which included items like Columbus Blue Jackets tickets, a bowling party, Columbus Crew tickets, a Recreations Outlet party, Dancing Emoji and Shark Water speakers, a Westerville Rec Center package and OSU basketball tickets.  The youngster who brings in the most money will receive four tickets to Zoombeezi Bay.
