Robert Frost Elementary School’s first big event of the year proved “popular” with students and families as hundreds turned out on Sunday afternoon, August 30, for the annual “Pop-In” party, featuring Popsicles, popcorn, pop music and a “popping good time.”  Parents brought lawn chairs and relaxed in the shade as they visited with other families, enjoyed free treats, and watched as their children enjoyed corn hole, Frisbee, hula-hoops, basketball, soccer and bubbles.  The successful event marked a great start to the new school year and Principal Sarah Berka expressed her gratitude to the volunteers who made it all happen.
