Students Honored by Board for Success at State Reflections Competition

Students who earned recognition at the Ohio PTA Reflections 2012-2013 State Competition were recognized by the Westerville City Schools Board of Education at its Regular Session held on Monday, April 22.  This year’s theme was “The Magic of a Moment.”  Honorees were:
