Throughout the year, Hawthorne Elementary’s PTO and school leaders have hosted appreciation events to show their support for their staff.
School counselor Jenny Scherer worked with Farabaugh Chiropractic Office to provide chair massages for staff on Tuesday and the PTO hosted a potato bar during lunch on Thursday.
“This is all part of the Hawthorne motto of taking care of each other and working hard,” Principal Ernest Clinkscale said. “I want our staff to always know that they are valued and loved and we appreciate all of the hard work that they give every day to take care of our kiddos and make Hawthorne such a phenomenal place to work.”
