Westerville City Schools Fifth Graders get Energized

Local students are getting energized, thanks to the Westerville Energy Education Partnership, which is hosting Energy Fairs for fifth graders at every elementary building in the Westerville City School District.  Pupils are learning about heat, light and sound energy, energy transformation and energy efficiency.  Interactive activities encourage them to make educated energy choices.  The Energy Fairs are being facilitated by leadership teams of high school or middle school students from around the district who have completed training in all of the program's activities.  The Westerville Energy Education Partnership is a collaboration between the City of Westerville Electric Division, the Ohio Energy Project and Westerville City Schools.
