Counseling: National School Counseling Week
Testing: As we come out of the pandemic, college admissions experts advise the class of 2024 to take both the ACT and SAT as Juniors. The registration deadline for the SAT on 3/11 is next Friday, 2/10.
Yearbook: The yearbook needs your winter formal photos! If you took pics on your phone please send them to Mr. Lynch at lyncht@wcsoh.org.
Young Feminists: Young Feminists are meeting 2/6 after school in room 117. We're talking Galentines Day and Women's Herstory Month. You heard right. All are welcome!
Cheerleading: Students interested in Football, Basketball, and Competition Cheer can attend an Informational meeting on 3/8 at 6:30p. More information can be found on wnhscheerleading.com.
Junior Class: Junior Class Officers will again be selling Poppits for Valentine's Day the week of 2/6-2/10. Poppits are $2 each and can be purchased in the Commons during all 3 lunch periods!
Community Activity Club: Please get your permission form from your teacher for our next activity, 2/15 at the Chillers Easton. Fill it out and return it to Mrs. Doom before 2/10.
Prom: Prom Candidate Nominations will go out to Seniors in their Advisories starting on 2/1. Advisory teachers have until Valentine's Day to turn in nomination forms in the Teacher's Workroom.
Theatre: Auditions for the Old Time Radio Experience are on 2/6 in the Media Center! Actor's Auditions are from 2:30-4pm and Musician's Auditions are from 4-5:30pm.
GEM Award: GEM (Great Educator Mentor) Award nominations end on 2/6. See the fliers posted around the school or click here for the nomination application. The GEM Award is presented annually to one adult from each school for going above and beyond for students. Students, staff, teachers and parents are encouraged to nominate a WNHS adult.
