Prom Theme: The Junior Class Officers would like to thank the Classes of 2023 and 2024 for helping choose this year's Prom Theme. The winning theme is "A Night in Paris" and we look forward to Prom on April 22!
Young Feminists: We have a quick planning meeting on 1/9 after school to discuss our January clothing drive. Come with your clever ideas!
GEM Award: GEM (Great Educator Mentor) Award nominations begin on 1/6 and end on 2/6. See the fliers posted around the school or click here for the nomination application. The GEM Award is presented annually to one adult from each school for going above and beyond for students. Students, staff, teachers and parents are encouraged to nominate a WNHS adult.
French Club: Bonjour! Join us for the first meeting of French Club on 1/6 after 10th period in Room 111! We will crown a royal head for Epiphany. Come and find out if that royal head is yours!
Sub Sale: The World Famous Softball Super Bowl Sub Sale is back. If you wish to order contact Coach Anderson or your favorite softball player.
Fundraiser: There is a Booster Fundraiser on 1/17 at Panda Express.
One Acts: Senior Directed One Act auditions are on 1/4 & 1/5 at 2:30pm. Check the theatre instagram page at wnhs_theatre for more info or ask one of the directors (Gabby, Grace, Avi, Evelyn, Ayla, Jessica or Jeffrey) if you have questions.
ACT: As we come out of the pandemic, college admissions experts advise the class of 2024 to take the ACT & SAT as Juniors. The registration deadline for the 2/11 ACT is 1/6, which is 3 days after we return from break, so register now!
Career Centers: Students interested in attending Columbus Downtown High School, Fort Hayes Career Center or DACC, the deadline is 01/13 at 11:59PM. See Schoology for more details.
