Scholarships: Seniors interested in applying for the Heisman High School Scholarship can see information posted to the 2023 Schoology course. Deadline is 10/18.
Hispanic Heritage Month: Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated 9/15-10/15. Former President George W. Bush expanded Hispanic Heritage Week to Hispanic Heritage Month in 1994.
Math Club: There is a brief Math club meeting on 9/19 at 2:15pm. Please come to Mrs. Hoh's room (134). If you can not attend, find Mrs. Hoh sometime between now and then!
Cheerleading: Basketball cheerleading tryout clinics are on 10/10 at 6:30pm, and 10/14 at 9:30am. The tryout will be on 10/14 at 1pm. Click here for more information.
Universities: University of Virginia's Virtual Event Series is from mid-September to mid-October. Otterbein's visit day for Westerville Seniors is 10/4 at 8:30am.
Costa Rica: If you've ever wanted to zipline through the rainforest, you're in luck! WCS students can travel to Costa Rica spring break 2024. Meeting is on 9/15. See Mrs. Evans in 255 for more info.
Girls Lacrosse: The Girls Lacrosse team is selling yard signs for $25 until 9/16. Signs proudly display the Cardinal and Gold with the option to customize your sport or activity, and students name. Junior Shirts: The class of '24 T-shirt order forms are now available until 9/15! Get a form from your advisory teacher or in the locker street hallway. All t-shirt sales benefit Prom '23. Thanks for your support!
Ultimate Frisbee: The City Champion Airbenders are playing pick-up on Thursdays! Meet in 248 at 2:15 to walk over to Millstone. No experience necessary, all genders welcome! Bring water!
Conferences: Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on 9/14 & 9/15. There will be no school on 9/16.
