FCA: There is an FCA meeting on 12/17 at 6:45am in the Champions room, and a Christmas party on 12/16 at 7:30 at iYooWee (736 Northfield Rd). All are welcome!
Costa Rica: There are still spots open for the Costa Rica trip this summer! This is open to all North students, any grade level. First payment is due 1/7. See link or Ms. Bell/Isaacs to register.
Gaming Club: This week’s Digital Warriors Gaming Club meeting has been moved from Thursday to Wednesday! Again, this week’s meeting is now Wednesday. See Mr. Smith or Dr. Hartnell if you have questions.
Gay-Straight Alliance: Our GSA holiday party is this Wednesday after 10th period in room 131. Please bring a white elephant gift and treat to share!
Community Scholarships: The Community Scholarship Application will become available during the day next Friday, December 16th. Please remember, there will be no in person meeting held this year. (The December 16th meeting has been canceled.) Please continue with your pre-planning by accessing the infographic and reviewing the How-to-Video. You can access this information through the Pupil Service Schoology page. As questions arise, feel free to email or stop down in Pupil Service to see Dr. Biederman or Mrs. Taylor. Please keep the following in mind: Counselors will not be available to answer questions after Dec. 17 but will be available after we return from Winter Break. Teachers will not be available during Winter Break. Be sure to ask for letters of recommendations ASAP. The Scholarship Gateway Link will become available sometime during the day on December 16.
CCP: Kickoff is Saturday 1/15 at 10:00am. CCP Students must turn CCP Books into Pupil Services by 12/17. You will have to pay for any unreturned books.
College Board: PSAT scores were released to students in their College Board accounts on 12/7. WCS will also send home a score report around 12/15 (College Board no longer does this). A copy of the letter that will accompany the score report is included here.
