Cherrington Walkers Raise Money to Support Educational Activities

Because of their efforts during the annual Walk-a-Thon, held on October 5, Cherrington Elementary students raised $10,782.54 for field trips, technology, science days, Artists in the Schools, and other educational activities and supplies. During the event each child got the opportunity to walk around the track in back of the school, participate in a number of exercise stations, and enjoy a healthy snack.
