Brandi Pullins, a secretary at the Academic Enrichment Center, has been named the Westerville Educational Support Staff Association’s Staff Member of the Month for April.

WESSA President Sue Kaczor, Superintendent Dr. John Kellogg, WCSD Director of Assessment and Alternative Education Nick McIlwain and AEC staff surprised Pullins with the announcement on Wednesday. Her nomination featured glowing praise from several staff members, including McIlwain:

“Brandi handles all testing needs for the entire district. She is always friendly when taking questions or issues from buildings and she works tirelessly to ensure issues are resolved for the buildings. She goes above and beyond by troubleshooting issues and completing tasks on the weekend or in the evening. There are numerous occasions where she will reach out to ODE representatives to ensure student needs are being met and buildings have what they need for testing. She is a rock for our district and our team at the AEC. She comes into work every day with a smile and she is always willing to lend a hand to ensure our building and the EOS program is functioning efficiently.”
