U.S. News & World Report Names Westerville North as one of the Best High Schools

U.S. News & World Report has released its list of the nation’s top ranked high schools, and Westerville North made the cut, earning a silver medal.  The school, located at 950 County Line Road, placed 63rd in the State of Ohio and came in at 1,271 in the country.  The publication reported, “Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement course work and exams.  The AP participation rate at Westerville North High School is 34 percent.  The student body makeup is 53 percent male and 47 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 33 percent.”  North was said to have 1,475 students in grades 9-12, and 78 teachers who serve them.
