Procter and Gamble Executive Brings Real-World Knowledge to Business Students
12/7/2012
Steve Donofe, a Procter and Gamble executive, spoke with International Business Management students at Westerville South High School.
Procter and Gamble executive Steve Donofe has a wealth of business experience. Fortunately, for students at Westerville South and Westerville Central high schools, he was willing to share some of that expertise when he visited classrooms on November 30 – Career Planning: Life after High School at Central, and International Business Management at South. Donofe, who jokes that he went from “making soap to selling soap,” currently serves as Associate Director, Grocery Team Leader Kroger. Students who have products in their homes like Tide or Downey, or Cascade or Dawn or Charmin could relate, knowing that Donofe may have played a role in getting them there. Procter and Gamble is an $83 billion company. The high school business teachers agree that real-world interactions are priceless learning tools. Donofe is the brother of Westerville City Schools Curriculum Coordinator Stephanie Donofe.
