Westerville North High School students John Hord, Chad Holder, Carlee McAfee, Trent Morr and Kaitlyn Wetta presented a report at the Board of Education meeting on April 24 about how they worked in the school’s new SHOP at the Warrior Innovation Center to complete a project for Corna Kokosing.  Blair IT challenged the group to construct a 3-D model of an additional building for Corna Kokosing’s headquarters.  They had one month to complete the project and did so in the SHOP workspace using computers, 3-D printers, and staff input.  In addition to coming up with a model, the pupils said they learned valuable lessons about communication, time management, and teamwork, along with gaining career insight.
