Westerville City School District has launched a new resource to help parents, caregivers and staff members better understand the district’s COVID-19 processes and protocols.

Through the WCSD COVID-19 Nurse Hotline, those with questions or concerns can connect with a district nurse to talk about school letters they’ve received, to report a positive case, discuss symptomatic cases and other issues related to the coronavirus. A WCSD nurse will be available on the hotline from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The hotline number is 614-797-5711.

Please continue to contact your student's medical provider for any medical concerns and medical advice. In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

More information about the district’s COVID-19 resources can be found online here. Parents and caregivers can find guidance on how to screen children showing symptoms here.
