WCSD Board approves school fees for 2021-22 school year

The Westerville City School board approved school fees for the 2021-22 school year at their March 22 meeting. The fees, which include supplies, instructional materials, tests and athletics, will not increase next school year.

Elementary supply fees: 

  • Preschool - $15.50 

  • Kindergarten - $18.50

  • Grades 1 and 2 - $32 

  • Grade 3 - $28 

  • Grades 4 and 5 - $30

Middle school general instructional materials fees:

  • Grades 6 and 7 - $40

  • Grade 8 - $35

Extracurricular fees at the middle school:

  • $75 for the first sport, $50 for the second sport, and none for the third sport  

  • Family cap for co-curricular, extracurricular, and club fees - $300

High school fees include:

  • General instructional materials fee - $30

  • Class dues - $5 

  • Replacement fee for a second photo identification card - $5

  • Parking permit - $30 

  • Advanced Placement test fee - $94 per exam  

  • International Baccalaureate test fee - $122 per exam (The final fee for any AP or IB exam for qualifying low-income students may be $0 depending on ODE reimbursement guidelines established for the 2021-22 school year.) 

Extracurricular fees at the high school:

  • $150 for the first sport, $75 for the second sport, and none for the third sport 

  • Family cap for co-curricular, extracurricular and club fees - $300
