On Friday, April 11, nearly 40 students from each of the four Westerville City middle schools attended the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Middle School Career Day.  There, medical professionals including radiologists, pharmacists and respiratory therapists shared information about healthcare careers.

Funded by Children’s Hospital and the Westerville City Schools Gifted Education Department, students were able to learn about new and exciting careers, hear how the workshop leaders decided to pursue certain fields, and receive advice on what courses to take, the importance of studying, and how to make the most of one’s talents and passions in a field that is constantly evolving.
