Knights of Columbus Grand Knight Sebastian Mauricio visited the administrative offices of the Westerville City School District on Friday, October 25, to present a check in the amount of $4,674.70 to the Special Education Department.  This generous donation will be used to send At Risk students to the Camp Mary Orton Wilderness Bond Program.  Wilderness Bond is an outdoor adventure based program that provides a creative learning environment combining adventure education and social work facilitation to improve the essential skills required to achieve success at home, in school or work, and throughout life.

The Knights of Columbus have supported Special Education activities in the district for many years.  Superintendent John Kellogg said, “We are extremely grateful for this outstanding partnership, which has greatly enhanced opportunities for our students.”
