The Westerville Education Foundation (WEF) is accepting grant applications through September 28 for the fall 2013 grant cycle.  Proposals for innovative practices must be written by Westerville City Schools’ faculty or staff, and given to their supervisors or principals for endorsement and submission.  Additional information regarding the process may be found on the WEF’s website at http://www.westervilleeducationfoundation.com/grants-information/.

The Westerville Education Foundation is an independent, volunteer, non-profit organization, founded in 1993 for the purpose of enhancing the education of Westerville students.  Its primary goal is to promote educational initiatives undertaken by employees in the district.  Tax-deductible contributions received by the Foundation fund grants to teachers to enable them to implement their initiatives in the classroom.  Grants are also available to other district employees to support innovative activities or programming.
