The first day of classes for all middle school students is Wednesday, August 14, 2013.
- Blendon's schedule pick-up dates are August 7 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m., and 5:00-7:00 p.m. Schedules may also be picked up August 8 from 10:00 a.m. - noon. There will be a new student orientation August 7 at 6:00 p.m. School and I.D pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. Curriculum night will take place at 6:00 p.m. on August 22.
- Genoa students may pick up their schedules on August 7 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Students new to Westerville and sixth graders who did not attend Moving Up Night in the spring will have an opportunity to meet the administration of Genoa at a brief informational gathering in the gymnasium at 6:30 p.m. on August 7. Schedules may also be picked up August 8 from 9:00 a.m. - noon. School pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. Curriculum Night will be held August 22 at 6:00 p.m.
- Heritage 6th graders should plan to pick up their schedules in the commons on Wednesday, August 7 from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Students in grades 7 and 8 can attend schedule pick up on Thursday, August 8 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. School and I.D. pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. Curriculum night will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28.
- Walnut Springs schedule pick-up will take place on August 7 from 3:00 - 6:30 p.m. for grade six only. An orientation program will be held that evening at 6:30 p.m. for new students and sixth graders who did not attend the spring orientation. The annual hotdog party for new students will also be held on August 7, from 7:15 - 8:00 p.m. on the football field. Pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. Schedule pick-up for seventh and eighth grade students will be August 8 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. Curriculum Night will be held August 27 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
