Starting and stopping times have been determined for the 2013-2014 school year in the Westerville City School District. Elementary students will begin classes at 9:05 a.m. and dismiss at 3:30 p.m. The Middle School day will start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 2:45 p.m. High school classes will commence at 7:25 a.m. and finish at 2:05 p.m.
