The Somali Moms Group hosted a special luncheon on Wednesday afternoon, April 17, to thank departing Westerville City Schools Superintendent Dr. Dan Good for his service to the District and to their families.  They said Dr. Good has “an amazing potential for bringing people together from all corners of the earth, even across barriers of culture and language.”  And they expressed their gratitude to him for providing their children with a “truly great place to learn,” saying, “We are like a family.”  Dr. Good will retire at the conclusion of the 2012-13 school year.  He was hired as Superintendent of Westerville City Schools in November 2007.
