The Westerville City School District’s art teachers and students are celebrating the Westerville Year of the Arts and April Arts Month through a series of activities.
The 10th annual Tapestry of Talent, Teachers as Artists exhibition will be on display at the David Myer’s Art Studio and Gallery at 7 West Main Street in Westerville, from April 21-30. The Art faculty will welcome visitors to their opening on Friday, April 26 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. during Fourth Friday events.
In addition, selected elementary art students will have their artwork on display at the Westerville Community Center from April 12- 21, with a closing reception on April 21 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Secondary students will display their creations at the Westerville Public Library from April 12-21 with a closing reception on April 21 from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
