This year's event will be held on May 18, 2013, at the Westerville Mini-Golf and Batting Cages, 450 W. Schrock Road. Registration is just $6 for players 13 years old and under, and only $10 for players 14 years old and above. Each participant receives two rounds of golf, one on each of the venue's two courses. Check in and play your rounds any time between 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

This is intended to be a relaxing, enjoyable day for everyone, so there is no competitive element to the event whatsoever. The day will include several fun activities, such as raffles, door prizes, food, music, entertainment, a silent auction and other surprises. Every participant receives a “goody bag” with contents valued at more than the cost to register, plus there’s a hole-in-one contest, sponsored by Jersey Mike’s Subs, where you could win a free catering order for up to 15 people! It’s family fun at its finest, so please join us!

There are 3 ways to participate:

  1. Sign-up to play (Download your registration form from the following link: www.westervilleeducationfoundation.com/events)
  2. Make an online donation
  3. Sponsor & Raffle (Click for sponsorship levels and details)
