Westerville Schools to Host ParentPortal Workshop on October 4

Westerville City Schools will host a free parent workshop entitled “Navigating your ParentPortal Account in PowerSchool” at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 4. This one-hour seminar for parents/guardians of students (grades 6-12) in Westerville City Schools will be offered at the Academic Enrichment Center, which is located at 336 South Otterbein Avenue in Westerville. Parents will learn, step-by-step, how to navigate their ParentPortal account in PowerSchool, which provides information about their child’s:

Current grades and attendance;
Historical grades and attendance;
Teacher comments and e-mail address;
Graduation progress; and
State required test scores.

They will also learn how to change passwords and preferences and much more.
