“Westerville’s Got Talent” Contestants Sought

“Westerville’s Got Talent,” hosted by the Westerville Lions Club, will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday evening, November 10, in the Westerville South High School auditorium, which is located at 303 S. Otterbein Ave. Top prize is $500 and a trophy. The runner-up will receive $250. Admission to the event is $10 per person. Proceeds will be used to sponsor the Westerville Lion’s Club and its mission to provide those who need help with their sight.

The Lions Club will hold open auditions for potential competitors on Wednesday, September 26; Thursday, September 27; and Friday, September 28 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, located at 393 E. College Avenue. There is no age limit to try-out, but contestants must reside in the Westerville City School District.
