The first day of classes for all middle school students is Wednesday, August 15, 2012.
Blendon's schedule pick-up dates are August 8 from 1:00-3:00 p.m., and 5:00-7:00 p.m. Schedules may also be picked up August 9 from 10:00 a.m. - noon. There will be a new student orientation August 8 at 6:00 p.m. School and I.D pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. Curriculum night will take place at 6:00 p.m. on August 23.
Genoa students may pick up their schedules on August 8 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Students new to Westerville will have an opportunity to meet the administration of Genoa at a brief informational gathering in the gymnasium at 7:00 p.m. on August 8. Schedules may also be picked up August 9 from 9:00 a.m. - noon. Curriculum Night will be held August 23 at 7:00 p.m.
Heritage 6th graders should plan to pick up their schedules in the commons on Wednesday, August 8 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Students in grades 7 and 8 can attend schedule pick up on Thursday, August 9 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. School and I.D. pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. Curriculum night will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28.
Walnut Springs schedule pick-up will take place on August 8 from 3:00 – 6:30 p.m. for Grade 6 only. An Orientation program will be held that evening at 6:30 p.m. for new students and sixth graders who did not attend the spring orientation. Pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. A 6th grade launch event will be held on August 8 from 7:15 until 8:00 p.m. All incoming 6th graders and their parents are invited. Schedule pick-up for seventh and eighth grade students will be August 9 from 4:00-8:00 pm. Pictures will be taken during schedule pick-up. Curriculum Night will be held August 30 at 6:45 p.m.
