Whittier Elementary School fifth graders delivered 22 “comfort quilts” to the James Cancer Hospital last month. The students also sang songs to brighten the holiday season for patients in the seventh floor Critical Care unit. Coordinating teachers were Natalie Hetrick and Heather Alexander.
