Pointview Leaders Plan Parties, Enjoy Animal Ambassadors from Barn Hill Preserve

Pointview students were captivated by the impressive wingspan of Zoe, the eagle owl, a bird from the Barn Hill Preserve.

 

 

 

As part of the Leader in Me program, pupils from Pointview Elementary School helped plan fall classroom parties, which included student-chosen games and activities in the gym for each grade level.  The day culminated with a visit from Barn Hill Preserve and their animal ambassadors.  The presenters talked to the students about various animals and the characteristics that hemp them to survive within their natural habitats.
