Pointview Elementary School hosted a number of extracurricular activities in recent weeks designed to engage families.
“Donuts with Dads,” sponsored by the PTA, took place on Tuesday morning, March 18. It was organized by Linda Flynn for the purpose of bringing parents into the school and promoting the Buy One, Get One Free Book Fair.
On Thursday evening, March 20, Family Reading Night was held. The event was organized by Peter Mundy to promote and encourage reading. Activities included crafts, games and guest readers.
