The McVay Elementary school community kicked off the school year with their annual PRIDE assemblies last week where they premiered their latest school parody music video, “Off To Show Our Pride.”
McVay’s song plays off of Lukas Graham’s “Off to See the World" from the My Little Pony Movie and sets the tone for students this year: Represent your school pride. Work hard. Grow. Learn like crazy.
If the video reaches 10,000 views, Principal Jim Swain and Assistant Principal Jason Fullen promised students they could duct tape the two of them to the wall.
