Three Westerville City Schools students were among 14 Ohio students — and the only ones from Central Ohio — who were named winners in the 2020-21 National PTA Reflections award program, which recognizes student achievement in literature, music, dance, film production, photography, music composition and visual arts.
The theme for this year’s competition is “I Matter Because…” This year’s national winners include:
