Volunteers in the Westerville City School District play an important and much appreciated role in the educational process for both students and staff.  While their true value and impact cannot be measured, their contributions are acknowledged in some way at most every school building this time of year.  Robert Frost Elementary, for example, hosted a luncheon on April 16 to say “thank you” to parents and school supporters.  Teachers provided the food and third grade students sang for the gathering.  A joyful time was had by all.
