Katie Paolini’s students from Genoa Middle School’s Junior National Honor Society stopped over to visit some Fouse first graders on March 2 in honor of Dr. Seuss’ birthday. Lucy West dressed up as The Cat in the Hat. The Genoa students read Dr. Seuss books for 45 minutes and did some rhyming activities with the younger children. The first graders loved their reading buddies. “Fouse is lucky to have such a great resource of students next door,” said Fouse teacher Deb Ubry.
