Fourth grade students at Alcott Elementary sang We All Need Peace as part of a Respect Assembly held recently at the school. The program was one of many Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) activities in which Alcott teachers and students have participated. Fifth grade students also performed a “rhythmic bouncing ball version” of the song Respect; and pupils from each grade level, nominated by their teachers, were recognized for going over and above in showing respect in the classroom.
