Seven WCSD seniors sign National Letter of Intent

Seven Westerville City Schools seniors signed their letter of intent for a collegiate sport this week. They include:

Westerville Central High School

WCHS football players sign letter of intent

  • Will Jados, football at Miami University 

  • Vince Francescone, football at Hillsdale College

  • Isaiah Smith, football at Lake Erie College

  • Elijah Smith, football at Lake Erie College

  • Mason Toomey, football at Ohio Dominican University

  • Brandon Kennedy, football at Walsh University

Westerville North High School

  • Emma Weisgerber, dive team at University of Indianapolis

Westerville North High School is proud to announce that Emma Weisgerber has committed to attend the University of Indianapolis in the fall where she will be a part of their top ranked Dive Program and Honors College.  

Weisgerber will be part of the Honors College and the university’s dive program. She will major in psychology and hopes to become a psychiatrist for the Deaf community. While at WNHS, Weisgerber maintained a 4.0+ GPA in all four years and ranks in the top 5 of her class. She is a member of the National Honor Society and a current program leader for the Warrior 2 Warrior Mentoring program. On the varsity dive team, she was captain for two years and earned scholar athlete honors all four years. She was 3rd team All-OCC for two years.  She is the current record holder for Women’s 6 Dive score for Westerville North and across the district. During her four years on the tennis team, she earned scholar athlete awards for all 4 years, OCC Scholar Athlete and 2nd All-OCC.
